The 12th house is the house of loss. Most of you know this. What about the 12th house from any house?
The 12th house from any house is usually detrimental to the house under consideration. For example, the 7th house is the house of marriage but the 12th house from the 7th house happens to be the 6th house and the 6th house spells trouble to the 7th house. Hence separation and sometimes divorce happens in the ruling periods of a planet occupying the 6th house especially if happens to be the 7th house lord.
