Most of us who have been into Vedic Astrology for a long time, know very well the importance of time of birth and the why we need to get the accurate time of birth. What is not known to most of us is … what is the time of birth? Is it the time when the head comes out first, or when the delivery is fully completed, is it…. is it the cutting of the umbilical cord? There are no clear cut answers both from the Doctors and the Astrologers. In this Video I have made an attempt to answer this question.
